Chunkichilli Knitwear Ltd guarantees the quality of its products. However, we stress that our sweaters are hand knitted, which means that while being both warmer and fuller in texture than most machine knitted sweaters, they inevitably have small imperfections in them.

Please also note that we adjust our patterns to accommodate different sizes of sweater, so the sweater you receive may look slightly different to the one pictured on our website. Colours also tend to look different on different computers, so the colours in the sweater you receive may not exactly match the colours you see on your computer.

Nonetheless, we believe you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Chunkichilli Knitwear does not accept responsibility for damage to a sweater resulting from improper care. Our sweaters are made from pure new wool, and must be either dry cleaned or hand washed in luke-warm water and dried flat. They must not be bleached or tumble dried. Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with an item you bought from us, you can return it to us at either our UK or Shanghai addresses within 14 days of your receipt of the product. We will provide you with a full refund, as long as the product is in new condition. However, we will not refund the cost of post and packaging.

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us before returning the product, explaining why you wish to exchange it. While we endeavour to enable customers to exchange goods at no extra cost, for practical reasons, we cannot guarantee that we will cover the postage cost in every case where goods are exchanged.

Chunkichilli Knitwear Ltd does not accept responsibility for the cost of posting a product back to us. However, if the cost or practicalities of postage make it difficult for a customer to return a product within 14 days of receipt, we will consider extending the timeframe for the return of the item. We will only accept a longer timeframe for the return of goods if the customer has contacted us, prior to the expiry of the 14-day period, to ask for more time to return the goods. Making a Purchase
We accept most major international credit cards except American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Once you have completed your order online, you will receive confirmation of your order. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

Delivery Schedule
If your ordered item is in stock, we will usually send it within two days of your order. We will only charge you for the item when it is ready to ship.

During late April and early May, 2006, we will be operating to a slightly longer delivery schedule than usual. Delivery will usually be made within 21 days of your order.

If your ordered item is out of stock, we usually require a period of 2-3 weeks before we are ready to send the item. If your required item is out of stock, we will inform you of this withhin 24 hours of your placing an order, giving an estimate of when we will be able to send the item. You have the right to cancel your order at any point before the ordered item is sent.

 

Credit Card Security
When you place an order on our website, your credit card details are sent, using 128-bit encryption, to HSBC's Secure ePayments server in the UK, where the payment is processed. HSBC does not pass on any of your credit card details to Chunkichilli Knitwear Ltd.

 

Privacy Policy
HSBC does not disclose customers' credit card details to Chunkichilli Knitwear Ltd. Chunkichilli Knitwear in turn pledges not to disclose customers' names, addresses or contact details to any third party.

We use cookies on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used, and to store your details if you select the "Remember Me" option. We also use them after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to "Tools/Internet Options/Privacy" and selecting to block cookies.
