Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with an item you bought from us, you can return it to us in Cheltenham within 14 days of your receipt of the product. We will provide you with a full refund, as long as the product is in new condition. However, we will not refund the cost of post and packaging.
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us before returning the product, explaining why you wish to exchange it. While we endeavour to enable customers to exchange goods at no extra cost, for practical reasons, we cannot guarantee that we will cover the postage cost in every case where goods are exchanged.
Chunkichilli Knitwear Ltd does not accept responsibility for the cost of posting a product back to us. However, if the cost or practicalities of postage make it difficult for a customer to return a product within 14 days of receipt, we will consider extending the timeframe for the return of the item. We will only accept a longer timeframe for the return of goods if the customer has contacted us, prior to the expiry of the 14-day period, to ask for more time to return the goods.
