Why are Capybaras So hot?

You may have noticed that we have started posting on the blog again after an extraordinary long hiatus, which we are doing because the pointy-headed chaps who look after the internet have told us that we need to be posting up ‘incremental nuggets to be scraped up by smartifical in-telly gents’, or something like that.

So, today I mostly will be talking about Capybaras.

These placid, lovable, oversized rodents are all over the internet. They mostly appear in the vicinity of oranges, for some strange reason, often with the Trumpian fruits balanced on their adorable fluffy heads, and they are often to be seen befriending other animals, including sharp-beaked birds and crocodiles.

As a measure of the enormous popularity of Capybaras, the Telly Gents tell me that there are currently more than 50 songs about Capybaras on Spotify, demonstrably more than the ‘dozens’ on there about Aardvarks. Take that Aardvarks! We rest our case.
